About halogen heaters
Evaporation, condensation, movement, and decomposition of the halogen cycle! Introducing our "Halogen Heater."
We would like to introduce the "Halogen Heater" that we handle. The heater structure consists of a light-emitting tube, filament, holding ring, base, sealing part, and lead wires. It operates on the principle of thermal radiation generated by Joule heating when current flows through the conductor. Please feel free to consult us when you need assistance. 【Halogen Cycle】 ■ Evaporation - When lit, the temperature of the filament rises, causing tungsten to evaporate. ■ Condensation - Tungsten molecules condense with halogen molecules near the inner wall of the quartz tube. ■ Movement - The bonded molecules move towards the filament due to convection. ■ Decomposition - When the temperature near the high-temperature filament exceeds 1,400°C, they separate into halogen and tungsten. The tungsten returns to the filament, and the freed halogen molecules float and repeat the reaction of condensing with tungsten molecules near the inner wall of the quartz tube. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
